"This was SO GOOD!! My Family and Friends loved it! I'm going to make it for some co-workers. I subed the giardiniera for sauted spinach and onion in olive oil with garlic powder.I use lots of turkey, ham, pepperoni, and lots of cheese. Will make this again without the lemon zest. I thought that was a clash of flavors.
