"This bacon ROCKED! I used my broiler pan and it came out awesome. I put the brown sugar/cayenne/pepper in a cake pan-coated the bacon by turning them over several times. I sprayed the top sheet of the broiler pan with some non stick spray, I covered the bottom of broiler pan in foil for easy clean up. I also cut my bacon pieces in half for a litt""

I love to cook, can, bake, garden, grow herbs and go to any orchard or farmer's market I can find. Raised in the Great Pacific Northwest, apples, wine, asparagus,pears, nectarines, berries, plenty of wild game and fish. I was raised on a cattle ranch, so I learned from a young age what it was to be "self-sufficient". !
