“The first time I made these, I followed the recipe exactly and all I could taste was the baking soda!
The texture was so wonderful though that I made a batch the next day using baking powder instead, and it turned out fabulous! I must say that the baking soda produced a fluffier pancake, so next time I ll try a combination of baking powder...”
