Reviewed Red Velvet Cupcakes with Almond Cream Cheese Frosting

I made these for a baby shower and they were delicious! Followed the suggestion and used 3 c flour and 1.5 cups buttermilk. Also used 1 tsp more of applesauce and the cake was very moist, but not soupy. Cut the frosting recipe to 8 TBS of butter, 16 ozs of cream cheese, 3 c of powdered sugar, 2 tsps of vanilla and would reduce to 1 or 1.25 tsp ...
