"Very Tasty!!! I did not bother to cool and skim the fat, when it was done cooking I served!!! I served it over a creamy cauilflower/ parsnip mash and also added in some of the veggie mix on top. Reviewed Horseradish And Garlic Prime Rib

"Made this for Christmas dinner for 6 people- it was perfect- the butcher had cut the meat from the bone and retied, so I was able to cut the string and put the paste inbetween the bones and meat and then retied the meat- I added extra garlic and did use fresh horseradish- in a word- yummmmmmm- enough for leftovers for the 2 of us tonight-I will definitely make this again- it was a big hit! I did not do the mushrooms mixture as I was also making Alton Brown's Green Bean Casserole- in which I used fresh mushrooms!
