When the ribs are prepared as described, they are fork-tender and flavorful. An excellent dish. For the sauce, I cooked it down longer and then strained it (a very slow process) to create a smoother sauce. When the organics are removed and the sauce is put into an airtight container and stored in the refrigerator, it will last a very long time."

Flavorful throughout. I couldn't find lump crabmeat so I had to use claw meat instead. Additionally, I used 1/2 lb lobster tail, 1/4 lb sea scallops, 1/2 lb. bay scallops, and 1/2 lb shrimp.
