wtf? The 15 minutes in foil is for resting the meat after it's fully cooked. It says so right in the recipe. It doesn't give a cooking time because you cook it to your preferred doneness.

Delicious! The best smoothie I ever made. One recommendation: you should definitely try vanilla almond milk [preferably Almond Breeze] instead of soy milk. It adds a little extra flavor and sweetness. I used some V8 Fusion Acai Mixed Berry Juice, but I'd also recommend the pomegranate juice to give it some tartness. "
