Reviewed Spicy Kale and Corn Stuffed Chicken Breasts

"This was really yummy! The cheese helped keep the kale and corn from falling out during cooking. The sauce is a plus, it adds an extra flavor. I wouldn't call this "spicy" though next time I may add some jalapeno to the stuffing or a little hot sauce! I served it with Guy's Crispy Kale Chips with Lemon and it went perfectly...it was a good way to "

Reviewed Pan-Seared Tuna with Avocado, Soy, Ginger, and Lime

"Awesome marinade! Would also go great on chicken or steak. I doubled all ingredients and it came out perfect for two thick tuna steaks. A little spicy so if you don't like too much heat keep the jalapeno to 1/2. I served it over just a bed of arugula and had enough to pour over as dressing. It was so quick and easy...keeper!"

Reviewed Dijon-Baked Chicken with Rice and Broccoli

"Really really good! I did marinate the chicken overnight and followed directions for marinade using Sriracha hot sauce and it came out perfect! Could absolutely use with any type of chicken bone-in or not. Awesome!"

Reviewed Bacon and Egg Coal Miner's Pasta: Rigatoni alla Carbonara

"YUM! I added another yolk and an extra cup of chicken broth which gave it lots of creaminess! I also added a bag of frozen peas when simmering at the end...will absolutely make again :-)"

Reviewed Roasted Butternut Squash Ravioli with a Sage Brown Butter Sauce

"So, I admit I cheated...I bought Rozzano brand Butternut Squash ravioli. I chopped and browned some Pancetta and steamed some fresh asparagus. Once the butter was browned I added asparagus for just a minute to coat then poured on top of ravioli then sprinkled on Pancetta (or plain bacon works too) and Parmesan...OMG absolutely delicious!!!! "

Reviewed Filet Mignon with Mushrooms and Sauce Pinot Noir

"Really good!! I too only added a cup of Pinot and really let it reduce down. I didn't feel the bacon was necessary and I was correct it was awesome without it. I did use the demi glace and I think it really added another level of flavor and helped thicken the sauce a bit. Definitely saving to the recipe box!!"

Reviewed Skillet Rosemary Chicken

"Absolutely delicious and very simple. I didn't have enough fresh rosemary so I also mixed in some dried Herbes De Provence and it was awesome! I used my Lodge dutch oven (every kitchen should have one) and the chicken was so moist and juicy. It did take a little longer to cook but did not dry out at all. We love mushrooms so I added some more and "
