Reviewed Pumpkin Cheesecake
"I bake cheesecakes all the time & wanted to try pumpkin. Well I followed the recipe directly, baked it for the time mentioned. And it was totally undercooked. I do not think that an hour was enough. The middle of the cake was soupy and not cooked.
For me it was very disappointing since I made it for a party.
