I just watched the show this morning and decided to try before X-mas.. The recipe here states 1/2 cup raisins, on the show he said 2 cups of raisins....and they need to be steeped for a while then drained..also you can make a regular pie crust dough that has a egg yolk in the recipe..or the cream cheese pastry dough that's used for pecan tarts.. ...

Made this dish last Thanksgiving and oh it was delicious.. I honestly wished I remembered during the year...It was very good, not to sweet, full of flavor and not too srong from the whisky.. Different than most sweet pototoe dishes.. I'm making again this year..""

I made the tart last week and omg it was delicious.. I do lots of work with cakes, cookies, etc. and this will be by next pastry for customers.. In regard to apricot jelly, use Simply friut.
