"Seasoned the chicken with salt before browning. Added finely diced sweet peppers (red, green, and yellow), garlic, and celery with the onion. Only tweak I would make next time is to dice the zucchini more finely. I also might substitute boneless, skinless thighs for the breasts. It was super tasty and wonderfully easy, especially after a long day at work.
