"Love it! I tweaked it a little- added a little more flavor with chicken boullion and a little white wine and some salt. I used Uncle Ben's rice and the flavor didn't overpower the soup. Served it in a breadbowl. I added a little bit of water too- 3/4c wine and 1 cup water too (4cups of cream) Deelish!"

I love my family and it is awesome to cook great things for them- esp from the Barefoot Contessa Series. My Mother In Law and My Grandmother have been my cooking inspirations. My husband is quite a gourmet. I'm still learning about cooking and baking - I love every minute of it!
My favorite foods to cook are poultry and lamb. I'm famous for my desserts though. My favorite restaurants are L'Espelier , Capital Grille and Victoria & ALbert's (Grand Floridian in Walt Disney World).
