Reviewed Sweet Potato Cider Cupcake with Marshmallow Frosting
"These cupcakes are AMAZING--very flavorful and not too sweet. We did have an issue with the reduction, though. It completely hardened in the fridge, and after we re-melted it, it hardened again when mixed in with the butter. We ended up having to throw out the reduction (which was heartbreaking) and just using the butter and marshmallow creme. ""
