My Activity

Reviewed Corn and Butternut Squash

"This was wonderful! The bacon I used was pretty fatty so I didn't really need the full amount of butter. I was doubting how the mustard and basil would work together but it was SO good. I'll put in a little more fresh basil next time. This will be on my Thanksgiving table for sure! ""

Reviewed Sweet Onion Potatoes Au Gratin

"I was interested in trying this recipe because of the mashing part. I've failed so MANY times with the layered slice kind of au gratin because my sauce always breaks for some reason. Between my adult daughter and my husband quickly going back for seconds I barely got a tiny taste! The onions really make the dish. So very nice!

This would work"

Reviewed Neely's Lemon Pasta Salad

"Any time my picky husband likes a pasta salad without meat in it, and, especially when he likes something with lemon in it, it is a winner to me. I loved the fresh dill. Wish I had some growing in the garden so I could make this salad all the time! This is a different and interesting and tasty pasta salad!"

Reviewed Craisy Oatmeal Cookies

"Love them! I used a good tablespoon of fresh rosemary and it didn't overpower the taste at all. Just a little hint of it now and then that makes this cookie very tasty and unique in a different way. Keeper recipe for sure!"
