Reviewed Foam Whipper Chocolate Mousse

Feb 20, 2012 in Food Network Community Toolbox on FoodNetwork.com

I'm hooked - bought the cream whipper just to make this. Read one review that said it was flat so added a touch of salt mixed with the water, and about 1/4 t. vanilla. Used 75% chocolate, kept the sugar the same. Heated the water and used fresh coffee and mixed all - then used microwave to finish the melt. Took it to a party, and everyone says...

Started it Friday night for Saturday breakfast - came down and first the smell hit me (cooking cranberries and cherries - somehow just didn't work). Ok, but I thought a perfumey sweet taste (used combo of cranberries...

Makes up for the slow cooked oatmeal recipe. These were crispy on the outside and tender in. Might try some cinnamon or something like that in it next time .... or .... toasted pecans. Yum. From the looks of the reviews - these were the Sunday morning breakfast - what a good start to the week.
