Simply delicious...and there's not much more to say. Tangy, sweet, filling, comforting, eye rolling good!

Reviewed Black Bean Brownies

Oct 29, 2013 on FoodNetwork.com

Ok, I'm going to try and be fair. These are good...and I understand they are definitely healthier....but if you want or crave a BROWNIE...these are not going to quite salve your craving. They are good and my daughter and her boyfriend finished them off. But I just have to say, I like a heavenly, fluffy, decadent brownie if I'm going to indulge.

Reviewed Fresh Peach Cake

Oct 29, 2013 on FoodNetwork.com

Good cake but only 4 stars simply because peach doesn't lend itself to a robust flavor in a cake....sorry. Reviewed Magic Lemon Meringue Pie

It has started a candy making storm - now I make my own with all kinds of toppings not to mention you can easily change the bark flavors with semi-sweet, milk, or dark chocolate adding in heat or cinnamon. These are great for the holidays, but I now make my own candy when I get a sweet tooth anytime of year! Tempered chocolate has n"

Reviewed Indonesian Grilled Swordfish

Wonderful marinade. I used it for chicken and actually cooked the chicken in it. Then I removed the chicken and covered to let it rest and added sugar/honey, chopped green onions and a tiny bit of sesame oil and whisked to stir - I then added the leftover "marinade to some stir-fry rice and veggies...YUM! Was a great side to the chicken and wou"

Delicious and very satisfying. I made it just as Guy suggested and we loved it. Sun dried tomatoes have their own wonderful flavor but with the artichokes added it was truly mouth-watering! Thanks Guy! "
