Unfortunately I have to agree that this dough was too salty, and I DID use kosher salt. I also found it to be a bit tough compared to other recipes I've used in the past. "

I made these without the anchovy - had none in the pantry - and slightly increased the garlic. They were yummy, though if the sandwich is all you're having for lunch, you may want to make two instead of four sandwiches as they're rather small.
