I love this recipe. I add more red dye because I like it extra red. I also add 2 extra eggs and a tablespoon or two of oil, I come out with a moister cake. Just my preference. Enjoy! "

Ron's recipe is awesome. One of the easiest batches of SMBC I've ever made. I suggest watching a YouTube video alongside if this is your first time. SMBC can appear like a failure frosting but once you make it a few times you'll realize it just takes a long time to come together. Enjoy baking!"

This recipe is a disaster. I bake for a living and I have never had so much trouble then I did making these cookies. The first batch was burnt, the second batch came out with crusted edges and an under cooked middle.
