Reviewed The Shrimp Cocktail
"OMG. this recipe was fantastic!! I made these as the appetizer for Valentines Day. My fiance & I devoured the shrimp! The ONLY thing I modified was adding about a tablespoon more of horseradish, it wasnt quite enough for us personally at first. Other than that, PERFECT. I will never ever ever make shrimp differently again! Thanks Alton!""
Reviewed Bacon Brussels Sprouts
"I made this as a side dish for Valentines Day. SUCH A HIT! my only modification was that I added a few shallots in addition to the onion, and I also sliced up the brussels to have more of a "salad" consistency. I was only making dinner for 2, so I halved the recipe. They were awesome. Thanks Emeril!""
Reviewed Cream Cheese and Pecan Stuffed Berries
"I made these as one of my Valentines desserts. OMG. they are so quick to make and SO delicious! My only modification (not a pecan fan) - i crumbled graham crackers and topped with that instead of the nuts. Tasted JUST like cheesecake! Will totally make these again - such a hit!""
Reviewed Grilled Lamb Chops
"I made this recipe for my fiance and I for Valentines Day. I marinated the chops overnight, and since my chops were about an inch thick, I grilled them about a minute longer on either side to get them to medium rare. I also served them with the "Honey & Mascarpone" sauce recipe from Giada's "rack of lamb" recipe. TOTALLY AWESOME. we loved these""
Reviewed Gina's Cheesy Flat Bread
"So delicious! i've made this more than once and its perfect each time, I even crave it from time to time. its the perfect blend of tangy and sweet - with a hint of spice!""
Reviewed Scallops with Cabbage and Capers
"I've made this recipe countless times, and its perfect every single time!! the only thing - i DOUBLE the amount of sauce because sometimes its just not enough :)""
Reviewed Old-Fashioned Apple Crisp
"i made this last night, and it was a hit!! i followed the recipe EXACTLY, but i also add 1 teaspoon of ground cloves, and 1 teaspoon of ground allspice in addition. i also cut the apples into chunks instead of slices and baked the entire thing in a 9x13 baking dish, and it turned out just perfect!!
