My Activity

Reviewed Kale Slaw

"It was delicious!! Tangy and fresh tasting. I used more bacon pieces but hey how can that be bad? Nobody tasted the mayo (which they would have made faces over). Even my 6 year old loved this salad. I will probably add some jicama next time for more crunch!
Thank you Melissa!!"

Reviewed Margarita Fish Soft Tacos

"I used to make all of R Ray's recipes but this has got to be the worst. The marinade should have some kick to it, it didn't I tried to add sliced jalapenos but still not good. The salsa was terrible (unless you like sweet salsa. When she made it on tv it looked great. I should have known by looking at the ingredients, red onion should be yellow onion, I added 2 jalapenos but still no kick, who adds honey to salsa? (I did not add honey to my salsa. I tried to save it by adding more garlic, yellow onion and even a can of green salsa. I am going to stick with Bobby Flay, Melissa D'Arabian and Marcela Valladolid for my Mexican Food recipes.
