A great combination of flavors, just the right amount of lemon, the garlic was not overpowering and the thyme adds a little something special to it. I mistakenly bought chicken tenders instead of chicken breasts and it still turned out wonderful. I will make this again and again."

Because my dough was really, really wet & sticky, I wasn't able to roll it into a round log so my cookies were more oblong shaped - just like a Milano (which a friend mistakenly thought they were!) Next time I'll forgo the cream cheese filling and lightly drizzle the tops with a lemon glaze. My cook time was also about 12-15 minutes.
