About Me

I work for Roka Akor restaurant in Scottsdale, Arizona.  Our restaurant was founded in London.  I have been in the restaurant industry all of my life and I couldn't imagine anything else.  My friend Beau MacMillan is one of the greatest guys and chefs that I know.  He inspires me to be great at what I do and that anything is possible. 

My pet peeves are bad service and bad attitude.  It is so unnecessary and total waste of time.  And most unfortunate for the recipient. 

I grew up on organic gardening way before it was popular.  I believe in supporting local businesses and I have a soft spot for fundraising for local food banks.  The happiest place for me is being with my family and going to the grocery store.  It is such a warm feeling of domestication and the end result is the most rewarding when cooking for friends and family. 

I am working on making my dreams come true by food blogging and getting my face out there with video blogging.  The great food adventures is what I want to be doing the rest of my life.
