"I made this tonight for my family. It was quick, easy , and finger lickin' good! My 3 year old kept saying "mommy can I have more chicken!" Every time I turned my back, my husband and kids were stealing the herb roasted potatoes from the platter, and pinching off of the hens. Considering that they are picky eaters, this is a great compliment."

My favs are Thai, asian, italian, french, latin, and souther comfort. Actually, I just love food. I am most known for my latin and italian dishes. My favorite restaurant is Sen Thai Asian Bistro.
