Reviewed Caramelized Onion and Cornbread Stuffing

"Delicious, but use properly caramelized onions ONLY. Do not brown some onions for 10 min and throw them in. Take the couple of hours to fully caramelize the onions the day or a few days before, and save them in the fridge or freezer until needed. The gooey texture of fully-caramelized onions will solve all the moisture problems."
