My Activity

Reviewed Grilled Chicken Thighs Cacciatore with Super Smashed Garlic Potatoes

"My family LOVED this recipe, but only after I did a little tweaking to it. I agree with other reviewers that the sauce was very bland so I added in the ingrediants of the marinade to the sauce and it turned out so full of flavor! As for the potatoes, they were horrible. The ricotta just makes the potatoes grainy and lack-luster. I will definately make the chicken again, but with just good old garlic mashers instead. Thanks Rachel for the recipe!

Reviewed Chunky Cheese Potato Soup and Wilted Spinach Salad

"I'm not a soup fan, but I absolutely love this soup! I didn't exactly follow the recipe since I cannot get myself to eat a bowl of cream. Instead, I used a half & half mixture of chicken stock and whole milk and a little extra flour. The bacon and cheese are extravagent enough for this lady! I don't think this cut into the flavor at all, since the soup was a huge hit even with a picky toddler to please.

Reviewed Chicken Enchiladas with Roasted Tomatillo Chile Salsa

"Too bland for us. This may have been the best recipe for verde enchilada sauce, but my family is a fan of the red stuff. Also, I did make the beans (not the rice) and they were not worth repeating either. We still love you Tyler, but not this recipe.

Reviewed Pancakes

"Good, but not great. I will skip the nutmeg next time, but it did come out fluffy for me. Not sure if other people had old baking powder because mine was definately not a crepe.

Reviewed Homemade Dinner Rolls

"I substitued 3 cups of flour for whole wheat flour and they came out amazing! Everyone ate atleast 2 at dinner, and my hubby had 4. Thanks for the great recipe!

Reviewed Sloppy Joes

"Fantastic! This will be a regular dinner at my house from now on! I listened to the advice of other reviews and did not add in the water. The result was great and this taste nothing like the stuff you get in a can. I could never go back to the store bought SJs after eating this. Thanks Food Network!

Reviewed Roast Ham with Sweet Mustard Glaze

"Delicious! 100x better than the glaze that comes with the ham. Thanks Sandra!
