Divine. I made for my daughter's 13th birthday and she was thrilled with it. I did not buy the Framboise but instead used strong brewed coffee. I think the Framboise would have been fantastic but I don't think it suffered with the coffee substitution. I felt like it could have used a tad more cooking time. I left it in the water bath when I served...

SO delicious! I made these using Peppermint Extract in lieu of Grand Marnier and they are just wonderful!

We really liked this! I did not add the additional salt because I don't think bologna requires that. Otherwise, made as written and served on homemade whole wheat toast.

I really liked this and will definitely make again. My husband didn't get to sample but my kids were "eh" so I'm not giving 5 stars. It makes a TON of sauce. I used a little over half. The sauce would also make a great dipping sauce for plain old breaded chicken tenders.

Just a note: This is not an authentic Chinese dish....

I thought these were very good. The key is to really carmelize the cut side of the sprouts. I cooked my bacon in the oven and used olive oil instead of the butter and bacon grease. Will continue to make.

(I also think it would be delicious to use white wine in lieu of chicken broth. I will try it next time!)

Really, really good. I thought I had defrosted pork chops but, to my chagrin, discovered venison steaks in the container. haha No matter....it was very good so I'm going to assume the pork is just as good or even better. The taste is delicious but it makes a LOT of potatoes and a TON of sauce. I used only 1/2 of the sauce and felt it was plenty. Using all of it would have been too much for our family. Just stating that to say, start slowly on the sauce. You can always add more but you can't take it off! :-)

Tastes really good. Mine ended up not cooking off the water from the zuchini so it was watery. Next time, I'll mix the cheese into the base and I'll just top w/ breadcrumbs so it doesn't get so "crusty" and hold the juices in too much.
