I loved this recipe! I had to make a few changes based on what I had or could find at the store. I used a poblano pepper and turkey Italian sausage. Everything else stayed the same. I'm giving 4 stars because even though I followed directions exactly (only adding 1/2 diced onion I ended up having to cook it much longer than called for in the recipe. It tasted good but we ate close to an hour after I was planning. The edges came out very crispy, which my husband liked but I didn't. I don't think I'll try this again.
