Reviewed Goan Beef Curry with Vinegar: Beef Vindaloo

This was my very first Indian dish that I ever tried out - It was good but something seemed missing in the richness of it - So when I reheated some the next day, I added some butter - That really helped make this dish rich in flavor.... when I cook this again, I will add some butter from the start.... ;)
