Reviewed Good Eats Roast Turkey

Our Thanksgiving bird was great, just as expected. Moist, yummy result! Problem was, although all recipe directions/procedure, my 18-pound turkey took a total of 4-1/2 hours! I was expecting 2-1/2 to 3. Not sure I can trust doing it this way again; we're back to the "turkey bag" for Christmas dinner. ""
