I liked it but my husband but my family didn't really care for it. I'm wondering if it's because I used regular cider instead of hard cider. I think I might try a different recipe next time as it was a bit too sweet for me.

Just made this recipe for hamburger sliders, they were awesome! I divided the dough into 24 small rounds for the burgers. Nice and chewy and a great flavor. Ive made this so many times and always get rave reviews. The only thing I do differently is make 1 1/2 times crust and put it into a half sheet instead of a 9x12. That way I get at least 40 pieces. I guess I just think the lemon bars should be thinner. Everything else is perfect though! "

Turned out great! I used reg flour instead of bread flour since I was running low. Mine turned out a little dense and moist. I changed a few things- made one large flan in a glass pie tin since I don't have ramekins. Also I couldn't make the caramel sauce to save my life so I used maple syrup instead and it came out great! I love pumpkin but am not a fan of pumpkin pie and it was perfect for me. My husabnd is not really a fan of pumpkin and said he thought it was "ok".
