Reviewed Chicken and Smoked Sausage Gumbo with White Rice

"Very good! I prepped everything before hand! I also used boneless skinless breast so I didn't have to cook it for the full last 1 1/2 hours. I think next time i will do the same but add shrimp and definitely kick the heat up a little more! I like heat. I also had an issue with the roux ratio so I did 1 to 1....AND stir until the color of chocolate"
