"This turned out great. I would've liked to have had a little more kick but traditionally cooking with a slow cooker mellows all food...unless you add crushed red pepper. I did roast (broil) the corn and poblano which may have added a little punch here and there where the poblano was crispy. Other than that, I didn't change anything else."

"This lasagna was A.MAZ.ING!!! I don't think I'll ever make oven-baked lasagna again. The drawback to crockpot cooking is bland taste. So I used hot italian sausage. Even then it wasn't too hot. I could add some crushed red pepper next time (tonight). I also used Dreamfields pasta to make it low carb."

I love to cook! I would love to come up with a monthly menu to control my food budget but I love to try new recipes. I look forward to learning about OAMC menus and trying them out.
