"LOVE these scones. Currently making a batch to give as a teacher gift w/ a basket of teas and honey. I use currants though...it's a great substitute. Dried cranberries would probably be good too. "
Reviewed Grilled Lobster and Avocado Cocktail
"Altough this dish was tasty, I felt that the dressing overpowered the star of the dish, the lobster, to such a degree that it was completely lost. I probably won't try this one again, but if I did, I'd scale back on the horseradish quite a bit. Use arugula instead of watercress. It was nice. Bobby added lime juide (so did I) on the show. Without it, I can't imagine how strong this dressing would have been.
