This salad was fantastic. I added some red onion and avocado, as a previous review mentioned. Not to cause trouble, but the 1 person who gave this recipe 3 stars, does not like Arugula. Why would you try an ARUGULA SALAD, if you do not like ARUGULA?????"

After reading the reviews, I also cut the salt in half, and I am one that puts salt on salt. I tasted the dressing and was overpowered by the salt. I set it in the fridge, kept my fingers crossed, and went to work. I also made a back up side dish, afraid my husband, not a salt fan, would not like it. WRONG.... WE LOVED IT!!! The celery flavor"

Should have listened to Paula as she commented at the end of the show, "It was okay." This is not mac n cheese. As a healthy, different side dish, this was okay. As a mac n cheese dish, it was not very good at all."

The dish was good. I agree with arbor annie and I should have listened. The pork was a little over done. Next time I will either do it at 350, or pull it 15-30 minutes earlier. I served it with Guy's Whiskey Glazed Sweeet potatoes and the two dishes really complimented each other.""

Awesome dish. Used Bourbon instead of whiskey and added extra cayenne. I only used two potatoes and one Granny Smith apple, yet all of the sauce. ""
