"oh yummy!This was absolutely just what I was looking for. I had to taste it before it sat for 8 hours and the 8 hour wait definitely makes the difference. Not a cake you can eat immediately. Worth the wait! I will be making it again! The only thing i did was put cinnamon on top of the whipped cream. Should have used fresh cinnamon though. Wonderful recipe! why has no other food network star done this cake? i know there are several now who do mexican cooking. That's okay. Alton Brown is my favorite.
