Love, love, love this recipe. We are visiting in the mountains in Colorado and went to the farmers market in Crested Butte. We got fresh pears and followed the recipe exactly. I did not have cardamon, but used the other spices. Quick and easy. Love your show. Have printed other recipes and anxious to try them. My husband loves this recipe. "

I made this exactly like the recipe. It was good, but I felt it needed a little more flavor. My husband liked it too. Very easy to make. Next time I will add a little more seasoning. Loved the show."

This was excellent. Love the use of smoked paprika. I didn't have almonds, so I toasted pine nuts. My husband had 3 helpings. Definitely will make this again and probably take it when I need to take a dish somewhere. Thanks Giada."

This was delicious and I will always roast my shrimp in the future. I have never prepared shrimp this way and it really tastes much better than...

Great tasting soup! Very easy to make. My husband and I loved this soup. I think you could add cream or some wine for a little more flavor, but I love it this way because it is less in calories. Use a very sharp knife to cut the squash in half. I used an imersion blender to blend the soup right in the pot. I don't like to transfer my soups to...
