My Activity

Reviewed Cobbler

"Love, love, love this recipe. We are visiting in the mountains in Colorado and went to the farmers market in Crested Butte. We got fresh pears and followed the recipe exactly. I did not have cardamon, but used the other spices. Quick and easy. Love your show. Have printed other recipes and anxious to try them. My husband loves this recipe. "

Reviewed Cilantro-Lime Rice

"I made this exactly like the recipe. It was good, but I felt it needed a little more flavor. My husband liked it too. Very easy to make. Next time I will add a little more seasoning. Loved the show."

Reviewed Israeli Couscous Salad with Smoked Paprika

"This was excellent. Love the use of smoked paprika. I didn't have almonds, so I toasted pine nuts. My husband had 3 helpings. Definitely will make this again and probably take it when I need to take a dish somewhere. Thanks Giada."

Reviewed Lemon Pasta with Roasted Shrimp

"This was delicious and will be a "keeper" recipe. My husband loves it. I added 2 gloves of minced garlic when adding the lemon zest and juice and also added some flat leaf parsley (rough chopped on top). This was delicious and I will always roast my shrimp in the future. I have never prepared shrimp this way and it really tastes much better than boiled. So quick and easy too! Thanks Ina! "

Reviewed Butternut Squash Soup

"Great tasting soup! Very easy to make. My husband and I loved this soup. I think you could add cream or some wine for a little more flavor, but I love it this way because it is less in calories. Use a very sharp knife to cut the squash in half. I used an imersion blender to blend the soup right in the pot. I don't like to transfer my soups to blend in a blender or food processor because it usually gets messy. Using an imersion blender makes it so simple. I will be making this soup many times.
