Reviewed Corned Beef and Cabbage with Herb Buttered Potatoes

I made it with the following mods:
Used two bottles of Woodchuck Amber Cider and 1 cup of water with the included pickling spices as a brine for 48 hrs prior to making. I then drained the meat and cooked according to recipe with 2 additional bottles of Woodchuck amber and 1 cup of water. It was terrific! My wife loved the potato's too! Thanks...
