Very, very moist and delicious! I substituted greek yogurt for the sour cream and it was fantastic! I highly recommend this recipe if you love moist banana bread. Make sure to whip the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy - this makes a big difference in cake consistency.

Great - very, very moist! Thanks Alton! BTW - it's best if you don't use a turkey that's too large - try to limit weight of turkey to around 16 lbs. If you need more because you're serving a large crowd it's best to cook two turkeys.

Well . . . after reading other's ratings it is clear that perhaps they used too much orange zest and/or didn't reduce the wine enough as the recipe indicates. This was fabulous!!!! Loved it! This should be a recipe that everyone has in their go to recipe box - awesome!
