Reviewed Simple Oven-Baked Sea Bass
"Absolutely fabulous. We got just under a lb of lovely sea bass today and I will use this recipe again and again. I omitted the vinegar/wine and reduced the herbs to about 3/4 tsp (my mix is rather pungent, so this is personal taste/experience). A beautiful fish like sea bass deserves great treatment, and this recipe delivers."

I also soaked the corn for about 20 minutes and trimmed off the exposed silk. It came out so sweet and delicious and just-ever-so-slightly earthy from the husks. No salt needed (other than what was in the butter. Yum.)"
