Reviewed Stuffed Double-Cut Pork Loin Chops
"Fabulous! It's all about the brine...Finally a pork chop that doesn't taste like shoe leather! I used non-fat mozzarella and browned the chops without breading to fit into my lower-calorie eating plan, and it came out GREAT! As usual, Guy, you rocked it! Thank you thank you thank you! Favorited Fish Tacos with Chipotle Cream
Work is boring, cooking is fun again! I don't keep peeves for pets--they eat too much. I'm inspired to cook because I refuse to enter into my so-called Golden Years (blech!) with an unhealthy body. The recipes I make are healthy, low cal, low fat and high in taste. I love cooking again--it's not a chore, it's saving my life!
My favorite thing to cook these days is what I call Chicken Vera Cruz. That could change tomorrow. Chicken chili is a close second (hat tip to Giada!). I am famous for my sugar-free apple-pear-strawberry pie with a red wine and pomegranate balsamic reduction. My favorite restaurant currently is Pasha in San Antonio Texas. Yum!!
