"These ribs were amazing and so easy. I followed the recipe exactly and ended up grilling the ribs after pulling them out of the slow cooker. They were delicious. You could definitely taste the spice so if you don't like things very spicy you can reduce the chile oil or add more if you like things hot. The meat was tender and the whole family liked"

Reviewed Good Eats Roast Turkey

"Turkey turned out perfectly moist. Left the bird in the brine for 16 hours. Just put it in a bag with the brine and put it in a cooler with ice. Very easy and I didn't even need to flip it over half way through the brining process. I washed the turkey very well after pulling it out of the brine and did not have any issues with it being too salty."

"Really good! Did most of the prep beforehand so it was an easy meal to fix up. My daughter is allergic to dairy so it was nice to have a tasty meal we all could enjoy. The tomatoes and peppers were delicious and we ended up putting the extra on some yummy bread. Served with fettuccine and some sauteed asparagus. Will definitely make this again "

"Delicious and so easy. Bought a 2.5lb whole chuck roast rather than the pre-cut meat. Was able to cut the meat into larger cubes. Still ended up shortening the cooking time so it wouldn't dry out. Cooked meat and onions at 1 hour and then added the carrots and celery for the additional 30 minutes. The meat was tender and fell apart. Perfect! Defin"
