Reviewed Bobby's Goulash

"Paula has done it again!! Her goulash recipe is so good, I'm already being asked to make it again. The only revisions I made to the recipe is, since I'm sodium-conscious, I didn't add as much salt (no season salt) and I used a low-sodium soy sauce. I also read what some reviewers mentioned about the noodles getting overcooked so I only left them in the pot for 15 minutes then immediately removed the pot from the burner, leaving the lid on to finish cooking further. Added bonus: the goulash is even better the next day!

Reviewed Linguine with Tuna Puttanesca

"What a delicious surprise!! I happened upon this recipe when I was searching for a new dish to try and I'm so glad I found it. It was simple to make and so full of flavor. Since I was just looking for something to make with items already in my pantry, the only revisions I made was to omit the capers and use black olives instead of Kalamata. Will make again and again!

"This dish is amazing!! My husband and I were initially skeptical about the pasta being too bland but the lemon, wine and olive oil really created such flavor. The constant requests for seconds whenever we make this is proof enough!
