Delicious, earthy, hearty soup! Perfect for a cold day. I used water instead of chicken stock, ran out of tomato paste, so chopped in some peeled tomatoes instead and added a couple of bay leaves. It came out wonderful! I've cooked it several times now. Love it!

Great soup -- cooked it right before the hurricane. Delicious! Added some celery but didn't change anything else. It came our fantastic. Everyone was happy with it. I had to simmer it 10 minute longer for the 2nd part of peas to have the right texture."

I had a few friends over and cooked dinner using this recipe -- it was fantastic! The marinate is delicious! Loved the horseradish sauce and mushrooms! The only thing I wasn't thrilled about was that the cut of London Broil I got was rather rubbery although I requested the top loin as the recipe suggests. I think it's just the type of cut I go"

This is so refreshing and wonderful! And so easy to make! One of my friends couldn't drink alcohol, so I made it for her, and it was a big hit! I absolutely loved it! Made it with strawberries and blueberries. I added a little more water than what the recipe suggests and it was just perfect!"

Loved it. A simple and quick way to cook salmon. I changed a few things around and used ingredients at hand, but overall -- I was very happy with the results and so was everyone else who tried it."

This is a wonderful recipe! I've cooked this at least four times now -- I did make a few substitutions each time, based on what I had at hand (like skipping the pine nuts, or using ground turkey instead of pork). Each time this dish came out fantastic! It's definitely a keeper for me! Delicious!""
