My Activity

Reviewed Cracked Pepper Potato Chips with Onion Dip

"These chips were really good. Some did get a little overcooked, but they reminded me of the Cape Cod Dark Russet chips which I love. The dip was definitely what made this whole thing. I will never buy jarred dip again. I don't even like onions but they didn't bother me in there, but if you really have a problem with onions, you can leave them out "

Reviewed Chicken Saltimbocca

"My mom and husband liked this, but it was too much spinach for me. I'm not a huge fan of frozen spinach anyway. But even when I pulled some of the spinach out, the flavor was still there. The chicken itself was a bit bland. The sauce was good. I didn't have a lemon so I used a lime instead."

Reviewed Scalloped Potatoes Au Gratin

"I don't know why other people are saying this was bland. We all loved it. I halved the recipe since there were only 3 of us so I made 4 medium sized yukons. The sauce thickened up nice and was super cheesy. I cracked fresh pepper over each layer of the potatoes. The quick broil at the end gave a nice crisp to the top layer. This will be my good-to"

Reviewed Homemade Ricotta

"This is the best ricotta I've ever had. I would never normally eat ricotta plain, but I put this on a cracker by itself. Doesn't even need any salt or pepper. "
