My Activity

Reviewed The Ultimate Cheesecake

"This thing turned out awful! I cooked it for well over 45 minutes, and when it appeared to finally be done I took it out (after letting it sit in the oven for a bit) and refrigerated it overnight. When we cut it at a party the next day the entire inside was not cooked and it just turned to mush. I'm really not sure why there are such varied rev"

Reviewed Green Chicken Chilaquiles Casserole

"This meal is absolutely delicious! I always use both bunches of cilantro and it is excellent. However, I don't add any of the salt the recipe calls for because I think it is too much. You will be fine if you just add the salt on your own serving after it is done. This is my absolute favorite recipe!

Reviewed Peanut Butter Cheese Fudge

"Absolutely delicious! I was nervous about the Velveeta as well but it was some of the best peanut butter fudge I've have ever had! I did not add nuts, however, and it was perfect without them. I made two batches of this fudge and sent it out with my Christmas gifts. Wonderful and easy to make, thanks Paula!
