This thing turned out awful! I cooked it for well over 45 minutes, and when it appeared to finally be done I took it out (after letting it sit in the oven for a bit) and refrigerated it overnight. Absolutely delicious! I was nervous about the Velveeta as well but it was some of the best peanut butter fudge I've have ever had! I did not add nuts, however, and it was perfect without them. I made two batches of this fudge and sent it out with my Christmas gifts. Wonderful and easy to make, thanks Paula!
