Reviewed Linguine with White Clam Sauce
"Very Good...my husband said "restaurant worthy. Did make a couple of changes. We do not use salt because my husband is on kidney dialysis. Also, 5 doz clams would have cost $30.00 so I used just 2 doz clams for a pound of linguine and substituted an all natural, low sodium clam juice for the water. We don't like oregano so did not use. Reviewed Excellent Meatballs
"Coming from an italian-american family, I think I make good meatballs sometimes. My mother's recipes were a list of ingredients with no directions or measurements. So we had to try to figure out just how much of everything. I did use less salt and less cheese and dropped meatballs into my own recipe for sauce rather than putting in oven. Ate two right out of the pot while cooking. Absolutely delicious. Just adjust the salt to your family's taste.
