I was skeptical about this recipe since I'm not used to "turning off the oven for 3 hours". Plus, I had a 6-bone 13.25 lb prime rib. BUT, this recipe ROCKS! It was fantastic! I targeted a 130 temperature, and worried a bit because it was already close to 124F after 3 hours without heat, but still needed the additional hour to reach 130F - no pro"

Reviewed Maple-Glazed Pork Chops with Brussels Sprouts

This was delicious! Loved the maple glaze on the pork chops. When I cooked this for dinner tonight, I added a side of mashed sweet potatoes with a little butter. (Knowing I was having mashed potatoes, I made a little more of the maple glaze. Result: delicious!
