"My family decided to do Cajun food instead of the traditional cuisine for Christmas. I prepared this dish. My family loved it. I have received several requests to make it again and also for the recipe. I just love Paula and her recipes.

"I prepared this dish for Thanksgiving 2010. It was a hit with my family! The only variation that i made was, I added some chopped jalapenos to the batter. Yummy !!!!!!! And I am "NOT" a big corn fan
* PS *. The recipe calls for a stick of butter. Watch the video and she says a "half" stick of butter. Not sure who made this boo-boo!

Reviewed Thai Shrimp Curry
"I prepared this dish for my family during my "Thai Extravaganza" this weekend. The dish was fabulous and my family enjoyed it. A word of caution: minimize the curry paste if you are NOT big on heat or spice. This dish had my familys nose running BUT it was great. 5 stars!
