"For those who had negative things to say about Ina's Burger...I am a cook and grew up making burgers with bread crumbs and eggs. Thats where the nice consistency comes from. Also, who labeled a burger just beef?? If you cook at all, it's about being creative and Ina nails it everytime!! Also, for those who said a burger has no filling and only wants to season it with salt and pepper, what did you need to look up a burger recipe for?? Ina, the addition of the blue cheese was the perfect touch to step that burger up another notch! Thanks for all your great recipes and don't stop being creative. I love it!!!"
