This was great. I made it along with the chorizo sliders. Everyone loved them! The flavors melt in your mouth. I think deglazing with the sherry is a must. That's where you get the best flavor!"

I have made there 3 times over the last few months...they are fantastic. Not too spicy but enough flavor to be different from another a regular slider. The avocado creme is a must! It is amazing!! I am thinking about making them for Father's day using a full size burger...Yum!"

I saw the episode today and thought it would be a great dinner during the playoffs! I used sirloin, shrimp, and chicken...Amazing!! I served it along with fried rice. The compound butter recipe is a gift in itself. It can be used so many different ways and takes these skewers to the next level!
